Har Ki Dun

A perfect blend of adventure and folklore from our Indian mythology. Also known as Har Ki Doon, the trek will take you into the most distant parts of Uttrakhand. From the Somaeshwar temple( Shiv Temple) at the Oslo village to the confluence of Thamasa and Ruinsara river, the Har ki Doon trek trails through the forests of Oak and pine with blooming rhododendrons. And, the moment you cross the forest, you will enter the valley of Har Ki Dun. A vast landscape with lush green meadow along with the views of majestic Swargarohini Peak and the untouched valley of Garhwal Himalayas. If you are unaware of the Swargarohini Peak, then that’s the same peak that was once ascended by the Pandavas with their wife Draupadi after the battle of Kurukshetra, searching for the gateway to heaven. A few km ahead of Har ki doon, lies the beautiful Ruinsara lake (Often called Ruinsara Tal) surrounded by the majestic peaks and pink and yellow rhododendrons. Enjoy camping near the Ruinsara Lake and spell cast yourself with its mesmerizing beauty as it glimmers like a pearl on a perfect night. With all these, once-lifetime experiences, the Har ki Dun trek is an excellent trip into the cribs of nature away from all the city rush.

 RoopkundTrek

The Roopkund Trek is among few of the less crowded treks into the Himalayas. Starting from the base camp at Lohajung, Kathgodam, the Roopkund Trek destination is still to be discovered by the rest of the trekking community. As a result of which, the Roopkund trek trail is not crowded, unlike any other trip experience. And, you can enjoy the trail to Roopkund with just your group and the amazing views. Enjoy experiencing the view of Panchachuli Peaks, at the end of the Kumaon region of the Himalayas. A set of five peaks, the Panchachuli Peaks is best spotted from the Moustache base camp, Panchachuli. Last but not the least, one of the major attractions in the Roopkund Trek is the famous Darma valley. Considered the only hidden village in Uttrakhand, the beauty of the Dharma Valley is such that it often gets compared with the Spiti and Ladakh valleys. And by the end of the Roopkund Trek, you will find yourself engulfed in lush vegetation, dense greeneries, and vibrant wildlife.

The Gaumukh Tapovan Trek, rich in flora and fauna, leads to the high altitude grassland of Tapovan, which includes the emerald green Tapovan Lake. Witness the splendid beauty of Mt. Shivling and the Bhagirathi sisters, which will leave you speechless.
